Private Property Impound Process

Property Assessment
We will visit your property and assess the sign placement and installation equipment needed.

Service Agreement
Agreements are signed by both parties and go into effect 24 hours after the agreement is signed. Either party may cancel the agreement at any time.

Having a vehicle towed
Parking facilities owners or agents are to sign for the tow at the time of the tow. We prefer a wet signature but can also be done though our dispatch portal with a digital signature.

Can I Schedule a tow
Yes, however PPI’s and police tows are priority that we must meet our contract obligation. I would suggest scheduling a tow with an hour advanced request.
I need a tow, can you bill my insurance?
We only bill State Farm direct to the policy holders agent. Agent has to give the ok. If in an accident, and one has full coverage, we will store the vehicle and bill the insurance.
My provider for towing is not always available; can you tow as a secondary for a property I manage.
No. You can only utilize the tow co. that you have a service agreement with their signs posted.
How does the billing process work, for tow away’s
We bill the vehicle registered owners / legal owners all towing and storage charges.
What are the requirements for tow signs?
landlord Tenant Regulations require 18×24 Tow signs. Posted at each entrance or in every parking stall. Name of tower, address and phone number
Can I receive a receipt for tow?
Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our office and we will get a copy printed for you.
